FINE ART PAINTINGS

Are paintings composed in a specific manner.

All professional artists compose 'Fine Art' paintings based on the Fibonacci sequence.

This is a specific mathematical composition which is guaranteed to give you 'Perfect Harmony of Space'

Perfect Harmony of Space will give you a painting you will enjoy looking at FOREVER!!

A 'Fine Art' painting may still be fun and colourful and decorative BUT it will NEVER have a middle horizon.

The aim of a 'Fine Art' painting is to give you enjoyment forever and to NEVER get bored with looking at that painting.

All trained artists know about 'Fine Art' composition.

THE COMPOSITION

A 'Fine Art' painting will be composed of these four essential elements.

1. Focal Point

2. Form

3. Joining Lines

4. Spaces Inbetween

All great professional artists will work with this 'formula'

THE MATHEMATICAL COMPOSITION

A Fine Art painting will be composed around and in a 9 section grid.

Directions will change. Composition will change on and around the grid.

The Focal point will be something the artist generally starts with.

A Focal point is where the artist wants you to START looking at the painting and the rest of the composition will be the journey from the Focal Point.

You may chose a different area to start looking at a painting BUT a Professional Artist will always start with a Focal Point. The place to start 'focusing'. Even a 'Fine Art' portrait painted by Cat Croxford, one of our artists, will have a Fine Art composition.

ABSTRACTION

All professionally trained abstract artists know the importance of 'fine art composition'

It's very easy to be 'dismissive' of an abstract painting - specifically if it has not been properly composed.

It could be said that badly composed 'abstract' paintings bring 'disrepute' into abstraction!!

I think it is more important to compose fine art abstraction than anything else!!

Even Jackson Pollock who 'threw' paint at the canvas composed on a 9 section mathematical grid!

All our artists create 'Fine Art' paintings = that you will want to look at forever.
